Amazing experience with Newcastle Plumbing Kings from start to finish, they were professional and punctual. I had my hot water system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. They took the time to explain my options and recommended the best system for my home and budget. It’s great when you find tradespeople who is reliable, honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friend and family .

Kody and Bailey came to our home to inspect a water leak yesterday. Their customer sevice and communication skills were outstanding. They were able to identify and service the leak and were happy to talk us through the process. They were punctual and very professional. Highly recommend Newcastle Plumbing Kings.

We highly recommend Newcastle Plumbing. They looked after an issue with the hot water system for us. It turned out that the unit was faulty. To ensure hot water, they immediately replaced the unit with a temporary one. They identified that the faulty unit was still under warranty. There was some back and forth with the manufacturer, which took a few weeks and took a lot of effort to resolve. They looked after all of it, and we got the replacement unit under warranty. Big thank you to Chris for all the follow-up. We would happily engage them again.

Would highly recommend Newcastle Plumbing Kings to anyone looking for reputable plumbers..Oliver & his young helper were courteous, well mannered & competent when replacing the solar hot water station pump at my property as not too many companies deal with these issues & when Oliver came to discuss my problem he was knowledgeable & not pushy. He gave me sound advice & quoted quickly on what my options were..would definitely use them again ..thankyou & well done guys!!

I cannot thank Newcastle Plumbing Kings enough for sorting the drainage and downpipes at our home in Merewether. They were friendly and professional, arrived on time, worked efficiently and ensured the site was clean and tidy at the end of each day despite very challenging (40 degree!) conditions. “Caroma Livewell Bidet Installation” Cannot RECOMMEND these guys enough. Nothing and I mean nothing., was a trouble. Every silly question was answered and everyone made me feel validated asking those questions. From Kody coming out for a free quote., to the prompt correspondence of Alex in the office., to Bailey completing the job with an easy., friendly yet professional manner…., I definitely will be using Newcastle Plumbing Kings from now on…. I’ve finally found a company that dosnt take a female for granted and over charge on the work they are providing. I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies and these guys quoted on the same job and same bidet and were $1’500 cheaper than one of the other companies quotes!!!!! I sincerely appreciate them not having a “come in sucker” mentality. Thankyou so much for your honest., genuine and customer focused values. Work completed was 100% excellent !!!!!! Regards Toni….
